I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset my whole life, and I’m a natural problem solver who likes to take things apart and put them back together better. For twenty-plus years I’ve used that to help clients uncover the real problem and find a solution that fits, mostly in post-acute care and healthcare, with earlier chapters in industrial supply, advertising, government, real estate, and technology. Most recently at Relias, I worked with some of the largest operators in senior care.
I understand how businesses run and what AI can and can’t do inside them, so I can help you decide what’s worth investing in. Then either I build it, or one of my partners does, and if it’s outside my wheelhouse, I’ll find the right person and see it through.
